Japanese food has been registered as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, and the pride and responsibility of the Japanese for a long time, the wonderful food culture, Japanese food.

In a long history, I think carefully once again and in a small cook shop to bring this intangible culture and Japanese food to everyone’s heart, in order to further improve the expression of Japanese food that my ancestors have created and inherited. I want to deliver too.

Chef Nakashima open Nakashima on November 17, 2006. After graduating from a high school in Hiroshima, Chef Tetsuo Nakashima entered Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka. After graduating the school, he apprenticed at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Osaka. After returning to Hiroshima, he continued his apprenticeship and finally open his own restaurant, Nakashima. Since the opening, Chef Nakashima has grow and continues to grow by meeting Amazing people and trying new importunities.
