No other castle is so connected with the personality of Frederick the Great as the incredible iconic Sanssouci Palace. The location of the castle on the famous vineyard terraces and the original 18th-century interior make the visitor immersed in the world of the “philosopher of Sanssouci”. The rooms are characterized by elegance and stylish splendor. But they also clearly show the king’s love for the magnificent surroundings, the “Prussian Arcadia”. The ensemble of the Sanssouci Palace include the magnificent picture gallery and the Castle New Chambers.
