Monte de Santa Trega, Pontevedra, Spain

Visit A Guarda and not climb Mount Sta. Tegra is like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower. This is undoubtedly one of the most emblematic of the Galician coast points, not only because of its unique geographical location but also for its great historical and cultural wealth. A promontory located exactly in the southwest corner of Galicia, right where the fresh waters of great Galician river Minho O, mixed with the salt and whitewater vast Atlantic Ocean. It is an isolated elevation 343.9 m, which is situated at the edge of the confluence of O Minho with the ocean. Visit Spain. Epic Spain Route © Monika Newbound
