Located in the heart of the city, Jodhpur, a nostalgic fine dining Indian restaurant was launched with a promise to bring back childhood memories for its visitors. Jodhpur recreates some of India’s beloved dishes with multiple textures and the layering of flavours in the most coherent and clever way. At Jodhpur, we take all our diners on a retro-innovative journey with my food. Jodhpur pays a fitting homage with a very fresh take on the classic Indian dining experience, with dishes such as the faux Dal Makhani, which is made with the split green gram instead of the usual black lentils. On the other end of the spectrum you have the Malai Kofta Asparagus Tak-a-Tak, a spicy yet flavorful recreation of the classical dish.
The 100-seater restaurant brings its visitors ‘back to the roots’ cooking, with all its exquisite and favorite flavors. The restaurant offers outdoor poolside seating, wonderful in the winter months, as well as an ambient and distinctive Indian-inspired interior for when the temperature rises.
