Hatta Yoichi Memorial Park, Guantian District, Tainan City, Taiwán

Positioned next to Wushantou Reservoir in Tainan, Hatta Yoichi Memorial Park was built in memory of the father of Jianan Channel Hatta Yoichi, who was born in Kanazawa, Ishikawa. During the Japanese Occupation Period, he was put in charge of designing the Wushantou Reservoir, which was Asia’s largest and the world’s third largest reservoir at the time. In addition to Hatta Yoichi related historic relics, the park also has Japanese garden architecture.
