Goethe-National Museum, Weimar, Germany
The Goethe National Museum is the most important museum for the presentation and exploration of Goethe’s life. It includes the historic residential house on the Frauenplan with a garden, in which part of Goethe’s art and science collections as well as his private library can be seen. Two museum buildings from the twentieth century serve to present further collections in a scholarly room and a scientific cabinet. The exhibition ‘ Life flooding – deeds Storm “reveals Goethe’s life and work.
