Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk
The galleries, artist studios, and cultural institutions of the Historic Core and beyond form a colorful, vibrant community, and have provided free cultural experiences to the public for over 16 years. The Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk positively impacts the local community through a variety of programs and offerings that directly benefit LMI individuals, including artists, artisans, minority-owned micro businesses, and youth.. Our work benefits Downtown galleries and businesses by injecting an additional 200,000 patrons each year into the local economy. The “Art Walk” is a self-guided art experience of local galleries, artist studios, and cultural events that began as a once-monthly coordinated collaboration in 2004, along Spring and Main Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.
