Loyal to our eclectic tastes, we find our inspiration in vibrant peru, home to the incan heritage and original fusion food. We’re serious about innovation and passionate about food. That’s why our Chefs love nothing more than experimenting with traditional Peruvian dishes whilst using Japanese, Chinese and Spanish cooking techniques to surprise and excite guests on every visit.

Music is a large part of our DNA and is the core of creating the dynamic atmosphere that COYA is known for globally. Our in-house music label is a collaborative project between all of the DJs around the world, and produces a monthly podcast and releases. Drawing inspiration from the oldest bars in Lima and offering an exclusive Pisco library, each Pisco bar is a one stop destination bar where you can drink, eat and party. No trip to COYA is complete without venturing into the Pisco Bar to enjoy a combination of world class service and exclusive tastings.
