Bridestowe Lavender Farm, Nabowla, Tasmania, Australia

There is some wonderful agricultural land around Tasmania growing fruit, vegetables, opium poppies, lavender, beef cattle, sheep for wool and meat, aquaculture farms and so much more.

Lilydale Falls: – This little council reserve was set aside in 1923 to preserve 2 pretty waterfalls and their surrounding ferny forest. The picnic area is a delightful shady glen and has 2 huge oak trees, which were planted on the day of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation, in 1953, from acorns collected at Windsor’s Great Park in England.
