Devil’s Bridge, Lanzo Turin TO, Italy

This distinctive bridge stands on the border of the town of Lanzo and it consists of a single arch 37 metres long. It was built in 1378 and it represents one of the most interesting constructions of the whole area, together with the Chapels of St Rocco and St Giacinto. The “marmitte dei giganti” (giants’ large pots), which are characteristic geologic formations, are located just above the bridge.
