Stangehuvud Naturreservat, Lysekil, Vastra Gotaland County, Sweden
Stångehuvud is the southernmost expatriate of the Bohuslän granite area. Rounded hills with beautifully grinded, “soft” shapes and clear ice creams are characteristic of the area. Here and there were the granite cliffs of pegmatic passages. Several highways pass through narrow gaps and past cave-like formations. Stångehuvud is a lively visited recreation area with great opportunities for swimming and recreational fishing along the cliff beach to the west as well as walking on trails made easy by nicely arranged stairs and spans in hilly parts of the area.
