Where the whole story started. In Antibes behind the city walls, Mamo created in 1992 the Michelangelo, a famous Italian Provençal style restaurant, that joins and perfectly embodies the flavor of both Italy and South of France.
Mamo is more than the founder of the Michelangelo… Italian immigrant, from Calabria, he found in Antibes a little piece of paradise where his story became successful… Behind these two syllables, MAMO is an artist. He is all of the warmth of the south, of Italy and France, all of the style of the Mediterranean, all of the know-how of a truly passionate chef, all of the voluptuousness and joy of the people born to welcome friends around a table.
