The home of the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. Besides the large center interior with the statute there are many historical artifacts, photos and memorabilia to CKS. Many rooms around the center hall are worth a visit to learn more about the formation of Taiwan as we know it today. There are 88 steps in front of the memorial. So walk around to the side entrances for elevators and more rooms of Taiwan history. It is free. Take the red line to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall stop and it is right there.
