Yulao Lookout, Jianshi Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan
Yulao is a 50 minutes more driving into mountains from Neiwan and is considered as the only way of cycling by countless cycling-lovers. From observation platform, you can admire the view of verdant valley. During spring and summer, the landscape would be embellished with cloud and mist. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Dabajianshan, a mountain acclaimed as one of the Sanjian in Taiwanese Baiyue.
An aboriginal farmers’ market is held here in holidays, you may have some street foods like grilled sausage and sticky tofu while stopping by and resting here. The place is in altitude of 1430 meters and sets the border between front hill and back hill of Jianshi.
