York Castle Museum
A recreated Victorian cobbled street with costumed guides and period rooms including a schoolroom. We advise pre-booking tickets in advance of visiting to guarantee entry. Tickets are currently released in monthly batches. Open Wednesday – Sunday, 11am-4pm Also open Monday and Tuesday during York Half term (21 & 22 February)

Tickets
Entry times are divided into 30 minute slots giving you a half hour window to check-in. Please arrive any time within 30 minutes after your booked slot (e.g. if you book 12:00, then please arrive between 12:00 and 12:30). You’re then welcome to stay until closing time.
Adult / Senior £13 Annual Ticket
Child £6.50 Annual Ticket (Adult supervision must be provided for children under 16 years)
17-24 years and Students £11.70 Annual Ticket

Reduced Access Concession £6.50 A ticket for those with reduced mobility who cannot access the whole museum. Visit our Access page to find out more.
