White Robata Restaurant
A Japanese cuisine restaurant in Kuwait in Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Center. the first true open kitchen concept centered on American Cuisine; providing theatrics and connecting the customer with his food. Years later, yet another open kitchen concept is born. Robata, shorthand for Robatayaki is a Japanese term describing a method of cooking, similar to barbecue, where food items are slow-grilled over hot charcoal.
