This Bavarian-style microbrewery and beer hall and restaurant located in one of Glasgow’s most beautiful buildings prides itself on a ‘Glaswegian heart’ and ‘German head’ – and it’s a marriage that clearly works. The food, drawing on both traditional Bavarian and Scottish cuisine, is great, from gherkin salads to schnitzel to, yes, bratwurst.
