
Since embarking on her solo venture in the esteemed Werneckhof near the English Garden in the summer of 2021, Sigi Schelling has remained steadfast in her culinary vision. Presenting modernized renditions of timeless classics, such as “turbot with shiitake cream, gnocchi, and chorizo,” Schelling’s approach pays homage to her 14-year tenure under the tutelage of Hans Haas at Tantris.
The “Business Lunch” offers a refined selection of three or four courses, while evenings feature an elevated five-course set menu. Retaining the charm of yesteryear, with dark wood paneling and ornate moldings, the ambiance is infused with touches of modern elegance through elegant armchairs, striking chandeliers, and captivating artworks.
