Wanggong Fuhai Temple, Fangyuan Township, Changhua County, Taiwán

Built in 1812, Fuhai Temple occupies a huge area of land. In the temple square, there are two flagpoles. At the right back corner, there is a Fuhai Park. In right hand corner in front, there is a “Longquan Well,” whose water is clear and sweet. People said that its water could soothe our thirst and bring us peace. On the 23 March of the lunar calendar, it is Mazu’s birthday, on which worshippers come to pay tribute to the goddess. Meanwhile, puppet shows or Taiwanese opera will be shown to entertain the goddess and people. It is quite an event every year.
