Walker Art Gallery
The Walker Art Gallery is the national gallery of the North. For 130 years it has housed Liverpool’s most outstanding art collection. Many of the gallery’s most important works have been on display in the city for nearly 200 years. The Walker Art Gallery is an art gallery in Liverpool, which houses one of the largest art collections in England outside London. It is part of the National Museums Liverpool group. Car. Train. Bus. The Walker is close to the entrance to the Queensway Tunnel. There is pay and display parking outside the gallery on William Brown Street and behind World Museum on Hunter Street. The nearest other car park is at Queen Square.
