Modern European brasserie run by trainee chefs, for contemporary cuisine in a sophisticated space. The Vincent Rooms at Westminster Kingsway College is one of the hidden treasures of Central London. Conveniently situated just 10 minutes from Victoria underground and train station, in the beautiful surroundings of Vincent Square, we offer an exclusive, high-quality dining experience, combining outstanding levels of service, with dishes cooked and served by highly trained students – the next generation of renowned international chefs.

All income from The Vincent Rooms is re-invested into the college’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts department. We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly at the time of your booking. We welcome you to join us at our fully-stocked bar for pre-dinner drinks if you arrive early.

Bookings: We have a new booking system in place which will be based on a month-to-month basis. You will be able to book a table from the 15^th of each month up to the 15th of the following month.

The Brasserie

The Brasserie offers a modern, contemporary menu with a regularly changing seasonal menu. Both the kitchen and front of house are staffed by the students on our diploma courses. The dishes offered are based with the development of the students in mind.

With the introduction of the Josper Grill, we have added a new section promoting our own 29-day aged beef as well as lamb, poultry, and pork. We pride ourselves on smoking our own produce, which we use throughout the year on our menus.
