Villa des Arts, Rabat, Morocco
The Villa des Arts is a contemporary art museum of Casablanca located near Parc de la Ligue Arabe on Boulevard Brahim Roudani. Morocco has an interesting modern art scene. There is a domestic permanent display here along with temporary international exhibitions. It is managed by ONA cultural foundation.
The cubical white building which houses these exhibits is in itself worth seeing as it is a 1934 Art Deco villa which belonged to a businessman. The well tended gardens are also worth a visit as they have a display of some very artistic sculptures.
