Mr. Viacheslav Voinarovskyi

  • In 1997 graduated from the Lviv Academy of Arts,
  • In 2001 graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (M. A. Diploma in International relations and International law).
  • In 1997–1998 he worked in the Lviv Regional State Administration as a leading specialist of the Organizational Department, as well as a consultant to the Deputy Chairman – Chief of Staff of LRSA.
  • Since 1998 he has been working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine as the Third Secretary of the Informatics Department of the Organizational and Technical Support Department, and later as the Third Secretary of the Foreign Institutions Department of the Personnel and Educational Institutions Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
  • In 1998-2002 he worked as the Third Secretary for Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.
  • In 2002–2005, he was the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv and the first head of the Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv.
  • From August 1, 2005 to May 31, 2009 – Counselor, Head of the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.
  • From September 7, 2009 to March 13, 2020, he worked for the second time as a Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv – the head of the institution, whose consular district covered seven western regions of Ukraine.
  • Since March 14, 2020 – Consul General of Ukraine in Krakow.
  • Married. Have two sons – Viacheslav and Ostap. His wife, PhD Natalia Voynarovska – neurologist of the highest category, head of the Neurological Department of the 5th Municipal City Clinical Hospital of Lviv.Vyacheslav Voynarovsky’s professional activity has been repeatedly awarded by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and regional departments of the SBGS, the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the National Guard Ukraine, the embassies of the USA, Bulgaria and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lviv, regional executive bodies and local governments: Lviv, Volyn, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, as well as many public and charitable organizations. Date and place of birth: November 14, 1971, Lviv.

Ukraine Consul General

The Consulate General of Ukraine in Kraków plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between Ukraine and Poland.
