Our city Bafra and Vezirköprü worth Shahinkaya Canyon in Altinkaya Dam catchment area is located between the districts indicating that a natural wonder Governor Mr. Osman Cream ‘ Shahinkaya Canyon not only in Samsun an important asset for Turkey. Şahinkaya Canyon is currently the focus of local and foreign tourists. It has a depth of 2-3 times the depth of the Bosphorus. The Altınkaya Dam dam covers a very large area. Being in the wonder of this enormous nature makes you feel completely different. I personally am in a great admiration. Şahinkaya Canyon and its surroundings were declared as a national tourism region in 2012. We will accelerate our work with our mayor and district governor on behalf of attracting local and foreign tourists by promoting this beauty and making more publicity on behalf of tourism. As is known, this summer season an international event was held in the cabin. The Şahinkaya Canyon is also visited by Vezirköprü District Governor Yunus Emre Altiner and his wife, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander J. Kd. Albi. Ünsal Ağaoğlu, Vezirköprü Mayor Ibrahim Sadık Edis and his wife, Provincial Health Director Dr. Yusuf Güney joined.
