Ulmer Münster, Ulm, Germany

Ulm Minster is a Lutheran church located in Ulm, Germany. Although sometimes referred to as Ulm Cathedral because of its great size, the church is not a cathedral as it has never been the seat of a bishop. The Ulm Cathedral is the church with the highest church tower in the world and the largest Protestant church in Germany. The cathedral invites you to worship and devotions, to concerts and cultural events, to visit, guided tours and towering. The history of the Münster building stretches over a 500-year construction period. The peculiarity: in the medieval construction phase from 1377 to 1543 the church building was almost completed in its entirety and has been preserved to this day in this original substance.
