Uetliberg Mountain, Zürich, Switzerland
The Üetliberg is a mountain in the Swiss plateau, part of the Albis chain, rising to 869 m. The Üetliberg offers a panoramic view of the entire city of Zurich and the Lake of Zurich. There is also a hotel named “Uto Kulm” on this small mountain. At 871 meters above sea level lies Uetliberg with its incredible peal, the Uto Kulm. The summitt offers a beautiful sceneic view over the city, the iconic Lake Zurich and Limmat Valley and panoramic views of the distant Alps.
In spring, the mountain blooms and blossoms and is not only popular with fans of wild garlic. You can experience Uetliberg as a starting point for hikes or mountain biking in the summer, or walk along our “Path of the Planets.” Especially in the fall Uetliberg is a popular destination, because most of the time its summit lies above the fog-covered city. And in the winter, the hiking trails can be used for sledding.
