We aim to return to our heritage and present purity and simplicity in the most perfect way, without skipping any details. We make sure that every dish has a character and story inspired by our history, memories and traditions.
Working closely with local, artisanal and passionate producers and establishing a sustainable cycle among them, carefully processing only the products that nature offers us when the time comes; to share our story with you, inspired by this; However, it is our greatest desire to be able to turn the products from our land into a work of art on every plate.
From traditional home recipes to our childhood memories, even from the Balkans, the Mediterranean and Anatolia, we will go down to the original lands where Turkish civilization and cuisine were born, to the heart of Central Asia, sometimes making you think and sometimes emotional. We will feed your mind and soul first.
