Tripolis Castle, Tirebolu, Giresun, Turkey
Tirebolu is located in the district center, on a small peninsula stretching towards the sea. Although the exact date of construction of the castle is unknown, It is thought to have been built in the 15th century. There are some buildings in the castle. At the beginning of these are a mescit mihrab carved into the south wall and the bases of the wall belonging to this mosque. On the western side of the castle there is another part rising like a second tower. The castle has been restored.
