Tour Old Olive Oil Factory, Parga, Greece
The unique Olive oil factory has been preserved, keeping the original factory equipment intact and in excellent condition. This is how the new owners, Athena and Elias Liakris, dreamed it would be and, based on this dream, they have renovated the building, wanting to bring to life memories from the past and to pass on knowledge and important information which reflect the glory of past times The olive oil factory consists of two floors (ground floor and loft) and is laid out so that the visitor can learn the basic facts of olive oil processing and production.
