Top of the Town is a world-class conference facility available by the hour, day or week. The elegant facility has floor to ceiling windows with unrivaled views of Washington D.C. landmarks as well as the Potomac River. The hilltop penthouse “room with a view” provides a panoramic view of the Nation’s Capital, including the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol, the Jefferson Memorial, the Iwo Jima Memorial, the Kennedy Center, National Airport… even as far away as the Redskins Stadium. The views are breathtaking anytime, day or night.  Our conference facility is appropriate for anything from a meeting for 2 up to a presentation for 180 standing, 150 seated.

Our space is regularly used for company retreats, luncheons, holiday parties, awards dinners, presentations, meetings, and team building events.  We offer a broad range of room sizes and configurations to create the perfect space for productive meetings or events.  In addition, the environment you desire can be complemented by audio-visual services, teleconferencing capabilities, and high speed Internet access.
