Tohru Fine Dining

In Munich’s oldest townhouse, dating back to 1552, a new chapter in culinary history unfolds. The 11-course set menu is a culinary journey guided by Nakamura’s creative vision. The attentive waitstaff provide expert guidance, offering insights into the chef’s culinary philosophy. A delightful touch: Guests are welcomed with a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the dining experience. Tohru Nakamura, a Munich native with German-Japanese heritage, skillfully melds the influences of both cultures within this historic setting. His innovative “NANBANZUKE” dish, featuring red mullet, green asparagus, and Balfegó tuna, harmoniously blends flavors, with the red mullet prepared in the style of Brathering (marinated fried herring), a nod to traditional German cuisine. Ascend the steep staircase to the upper floor, where an elegant, meticulously designed interior awaits.
