Here at Star & Garter, we’re passionate about our ingredients and work closely with some of the best artisan suppliers in the county. We cook over an open fire and have a “nose to tail” philosophy, meaning we can pick and choose what goes on the menu each day, ensuring the whole animal is used and everything is as fresh and seasonal as it can be. We’ve carried the pub’s heritage theme throughout our three apartments; Starboard, Penthouse and Crow’s Nest, all of which boast spectacular views of the bay. Whether it’s a gorgeous sunny day or an atmospheric Cornish storm, the large bay windows offer the perfect lookout over Falmouth’s historic harbour and the Carrick Roads.
Wake up and nip downstairs for a coffee (or even a cheeky Bloody Mary), before enjoying a leisurely three-course lunch in our restaurant. Or spend an afternoon in front of the cosy pub fire with a good book, a cheeseboard and a bottle of wine before heading back upstairs to cook up a feast of your own in our large open plan kitchens.
