The Passage du Gois, Beauvoir-sur-Mer, Pays de la Loire, France
This “underwater” road, 4.2 km long, connects, at low tide, the Continent – BEAUVOIR SUR MER – to the island of Noirmoutier. You can cross by car, on foot or by bike. To protect and enhance the site, a ranking procedure was launched in 2015.
You will find all the information needed to prepare your passage and especially to cross safely: tide times, weather, bans, parking, regulation on foot fishing.You are presented as attractions nearby as well as some good adresses..restaurant, purchase of salt, seafood.
