We offer a variety of food and drink experiences here at The Falcon, from signature fine dining at our award-winning restaurant Eyas for lunch and dinner, to bar food, afternoon teas and casual drinks in the East Wing Lounge.
Respecting the local landscape and the abundance it provides, acclaimed Head Chef Russell Bateman and his team work hand-in-hand with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries, wherever possible, to create menus that showcase produce grown, harvested and reared from within the 10,500 acre Castle Ashby Estate.
