A coaching inn built in 1594, The Falcon Hotel has been thoughtfully restored and reintroduced into the rural Northamptonshire countryside as a hotel, restaurant and wellbeing retreat for those in need of rest and renewal.
A countryside retreat for rest and renewal. This elegant restaurant sits within a Grade II listed former coaching inn – now a stylish boutique hotel – on the Castle Ashby Estate. An understated, natural colour scheme, garden views and well-pitched service give it an easy-going feel. Sophisticated modern dishes have subtle flavour combinations.
We offer a variety of food and drink experiences here at The Falcon, from signature fine dining at our award-winning restaurant Eyas for lunch and dinner, to bar food, afternoon teas and casual drinks in the East Wing Lounge.
Respecting the local landscape and the abundance it provides, acclaimed Head Chef Russell Bateman and his team work hand-in-hand with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries, wherever possible, to create menus that showcase produce grown, harvested and reared from within the 10,500 acre Castle Ashby Estate.
