Our Menu is an expression of Lancashire’s food culture and a showcase of the region’s best produce. We use local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, prepared sensitively and skilfully by our dedicated team of chefs led by Chris Bury. This includes seafood from Fleetwood docks, meat from nearby farms and seasonal, locally shot game. Alongside favourite British dishes, you’ll find more innovative flavours, as well as a discernible proprietary French influence.

How to book a Dinner bed & breakfast for two in any of our double riverside bedrooms. -Select “Book now” from any double occupancy room, then from the drop-down bar add a three course evening meal for two for an extra £50. The following morning indulge in a full English breakfast with panoramic views of the river and surrounding countryside.
It stands beside a small toll bridge on the River Wyre and comes with a deli, a farm shop ? and five greenhouses for all-year dining. Cooking is gutsy and many of the tried-and-tested classics come with a twist. The owner played a big part in the interior design, particularly in the bold, boutique bedrooms.
