The Carriageworks Theatre Leeds located on Millennium Square in the Electric Press building has two performance spaces and six rehearsal and meeting rooms. The Main 350 seat auditorium hosts family shows, musicals and dramas. Upstairs @ The Carriageworks is an intimate and flexible black box studio space with a standard capacity of 55.

Situated in The Electric Press building, at the heart of Millennium Square, the theatre showcases the best national and international touring productions, and has quickly established itself as a key destination for audiences looking for an entertaining, inspiring and adventurous night out. The Carriageworks Theatre has two entrances. The main entrance is accessible from Millennium Square leading to the ground floor Box Office. The other entrance is from Great George Street, through The Electric Press Courtyard. There are 6 steps from the Great George Street entrance to the Ground Floor Box Office, a lift is available to all levels. The Carriageworks Theatre level 2 bar, overlooking Millennium Square, is open every day from 5.30pm – 9.30pm or 1 hour before the show start time.
