We’re also proud that all of our haddock is responsibly sourced from sustainable fisheries. We only buy our fish from suppliers that are within the Icelandic Responsible Fisheries chain of custody. Iceland waters produce some of the best seafood in the World, while also having one of the strictest fishing quotas in the world, which keeps their fishing sustainable.
