Whatever it is, it led us to bring the Alchemist’s special blend of the darkly adventurous and unconventional to the very heart of it. Inside our Greek Street venue lies a cocktail bar that’s a temple to our dark brand of molecular mixology and a restaurant that makes dining with us a touch more exciting.

In 2010, The Alchemist injected a glint of gold into the grey business district of Spinningfields, Manchester as the first bar & restaurant in the area. 11 years on The Alchemist can be found in 20 locations across the UK with a recent flagship opening in Canary Wharf, London.

Masters in the dark arts of molecular mixology, cocktails were pioneered with an obsessive eye for detail, presented in vessels orchestrated to add a devilish dash of theatre. An extensive food menu followed inspired by world cuisines. The brand essence of ‘theatre served’ is present in everything they do.
