Temple Shen An, Ji’an Township, Hualien County, Taiwán
Sheng-an temple is a famous scenic spot and a prosperous Taoist temple in Hwalien, where the resident deity “The Queen of Rulers” attracts believers throughout the country to worship during the three sacrificial ceremonies of the year. The luxurious and spacious garden with incense smoke curling upwards increase the religious and sacred atmosphere of the temple.
Sheng-an temple was built in 1950. Many meaningful traditional activities, such as lantern decorating, lantern riddle guessing, and lantern appreciation are regularly held at this temple.
