Managed by Klemark Espectáculos Teatrales, it has been meticulously restored to preserve its historical charm while incorporating modern amenities. The theater features two main venues: Sala Teatro, with a capacity of 805 seats, and Sala Kupula, accommodating up to 250 seated or 400 standing guests.
