Ta’if Regional Airport
Ta’if Regional Airport is an airport in Ta’if, Saudi Arabia. Despite its name, it also offers many international flights as well. The airport is located 30 km to the east of Taif and 70 km from Mecca. The airport is considered important in Saudi aviation history as it witnessed the first landing of Ibn Saud’s plane, founder of the Kingdom.
Small but convenient to transit through this airport. There are car rentals outside to hire your ride. Since there is limited availability of cars therefore booking from car rental app or website is highly recommended. Come prepared with pick up option as not many taxis are usually available There is 24/7 round the week open Al Rajhi Bank branch which is an interesting option.
