Tucked away in the backstreets you’ll find this unassuming former pub which comprises a series of homely cream and lilac rooms. The owner works alone in the kitchen, cooking refined, classically based dishes with masculine flavours. Sauces are a strength and the deep-fried courgettes are a must.
We remain dedicated to using the best local produce available and keep close ties with our suppliers – producing beautifully simple dishes which allow the ingredients to shine. Everything we serve is produced at the restaurant, from the bread with your starters to the chocolates with your coffee. Tabb’s is one of the most exciting restaurants in Truro.
