Sunset Strip
The SunsetStrip is the 1.5-mile (2.4 km) stretch of Sunset Boulevard that passes through the city of West Hollywood, California. It extends from West Hollywood’s eastern border with the city of Los Angeles near Marmont Lane to its western border with Beverly Hills at Phyllis Street.
There may be no greater concentration anywhere of the young, hip, and beautiful than in the bars and clubs of this infamous stretch of roadway. The 1.6-mile strip of Sunset Boulevard is situated in the lively city of West Hollywood and upholds that lively city’s reputation as a nightlife hotspot.
The SunsetStrip Business Improvement District was established in 2001 to promote a popular and safe nightlife district for the assessed businesses and neighborhood residential stakeholders on SunsetStrip.
