Santy, supported by his wife Elise, has always tried to make the classical guitar more “accessible”. How? By offering short and virtuous concerts in a more relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by delicacies. Santy opened his first music restaurant dedicated to this instrument in France and now he is setting himself the next challenge: opening an even more prestigious venue in London: STRINGS RESTAURANT. Together with the Spanish Chef Carlos, Santy is welcoming his guests with delicious tapas, a thoroughly composed wine selection and of course the sounds of his classical guitar.
