SoganlIdere Sehitligi Cemetery, Behramlı Köyü, Eceabat, Çanakkale, Turkey
There is Soganlıdere Hospital Cemetery which was restored and opened a few hundred meters ahead of Soğanlıdere Air Cemetery in 2005. The monument is figuratively shaped as moon and star, and the triangular pyramid structure in the middle of the star represents the rise of our martyrs to Allah. Cemetery in the real jungle in the area just below the monumentIt is surrounded. Here, the soldiers who are martyred are lying in the hospital where the wartime wards are being treated. In this area, 2, 7. and the Strength Division of the 12th Division were serving. Because the valley is in a closed position against the enemy attacks, it became the most important logistic support center of the Seddülbahir crane. Soganlidere Valley was built for March 18, besides the coastal set battlements, and also housed in the supplies and warehouses of the Southern Group Command. In this respect, Soğanlıdere has become one of the centers where the Turkish troops’ meals are made.
A ruin ruin appears on the right hand side of the road before Soganliere Martyrs’ Cemetery arrives. This is Melek Hanım Reviri. It has been transformed into a comprehensive Sahara Hospital after this position, which was the first revival of the Seddülbahir Front. It was also marked in the 1916 Şevki Pasha Map and in the 29th pavement and written in Ottoman Turkish. In the same way, our soldiers in the battlefields are also one of the places where they are treated.
