Sky Resort, Mongolia
Sky Resort is a ski resort located near Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The resort is sited on Bogd Khan Uul, with a base of 1,379 metres and tops out at 1,570 metres.
Between mid-November and March this small ski resort operates a couple of beginner runs, two chairlifts, full ski servicesand even night skiing! A three-hour lift ticket including ski rental costs T44,000. Snowboards are for hire, too. An 18-hole golf course operates here in summer, but it’s pricey. There’s also a classy bistro that does quality lunches.
