Sanur Night Market, or as it is officially known Sindhu Market, is a collection of locally owned Balinese food carts and stalls. They cater to locals and tourists alike and are growing in popularity year on year. During the day inside the market building, is where the daily wet markets or morning markets take place. It is a place for local Balinese to sell their poultry, fish, vegetables, fruit, flowers and more.
The night market Sanur is a place to sample authentic Indonesian and Balinese food cooked freshly in front of you. There are a variety of dishes from fresh seafood to old favourites of crispy chicken and duck, chicken satay and nasi goreng. Popular things to eat at the night markets in Sanur are the chicken satays and the nasi goreng. Authentic recipes so yummy flavours that are delicious. This night market is Bali street food at it’s best. You order your food, watch it being prepared, then you’ll find a seat a communal plastic table and chairs. There is no air and graces here at this humble food market.
