There is a famous saying that Norwegians are born with skis on their feet, and it is true that many of us love being active in the great outdoors during winter. The sound of granular snow under our feet, of cross-country skis gliding along a perfectly groomed trail, or of excited adults and children tobogganing down a hill are three good reasons to enjoy the winter.
