Each room boasts its own individual outside space, ranging from private courtyard garden terraces to balconies. Our rooms are arranged over five levels, each offering unique aspects over gardens, cliffs, beach, sea and sky. Rooms with king sized beds can be twinned.

Scarlet Restaurant welcomes Head Chef Craig Davies. After being awarded 3 AA Rosettes at Paschoe House, his inaugural menu for the Scarlet continues to showcase imaginative flavours and out-of-the-box thinking. Craig’s cooking reminds us that food is a game of combining tastes and textures. Playfully following instinct and intuition, sometimes adding something entirely unexpected that makes a dish daring and new. Our kitchen aims for food you won’t forget: incredible techniques, inspiring flavours and unique sensations. We can’t wait for you to try it.
