Salagi Forest Park, Mariama Kunda, Gambia
Salagi Forest Park is a forest reserve located in the Gambia city. Spread over 262 hectares, this park is considered to be one of the largests reserves in this area. Located in the heart of the busy residential area, this reserve attracts tourists as well as locals throughout the year.
It has a typical tropical climate which encourages rich biodiversity. Home to different flora and fauna, this reserve is a good place to spend some quiet time in the heart of nature. Consider visiting it for a couple of hours to escape a bustling city.
